For beginners I normally use Talking Trumpet as a primary flow exercises book and Edwards-Hovey Method for Cornet or Trumpet to start the practice in articulations and fingerings in a comfortable pitch. In according with the improvement I add or change practice books. To intermediary level I certainly will apply Arban`s Complete Conservatory Method for Trumpet and some alternatives to flow exercises and technical studies. I'm a professional trombonist, specializing in the fields of orchestral classical music, and also avant garde contemporary music, and improvised creative music. I was the first trombonist to graduate with a BM from the Colburn School, an intensely rigorous, professional level orchestra, and conservatory, I had the opportunity to work with the Ensemble Modern one of the premier European new music ensembles, and Frank Zappa's self proclaimed "last band".  In 2014, I graduated from the California Institute of the Arts,  where I studied composition, experimental music, and improvisation, and focused primarily on developing my own style of live electronics and improvisation via the trombone. I then joined the international singing group, The Four Aces, where I became their musical director, bass singer and trumpet soloist for 42 years, before retiring last year. I have played first trumpet with the American Legion Symphonic Band for 10 yrs., the Symphonic Band of the Palm Beaches and South Florida Pride Wind Ensemble, plus playing lead trumpet in several big bands in South Florida. I began performing solo and touring around Europe with a Jazz-Funk band, The Freeks. At the same time I began studying at the Grazyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Lodz, Poland to finally move to Miami and graduate from Florida International Univeristy with BA in Music. I performed for Royal Caribbean International Cruise Line for 5 years, which included teaching piano classes for the Royal Caribbean Academy.
