. I began teaching private lessons and tutoring students in harmony and ear training nine years ago. Since then, I have also taught lessons to brass player, as well as music theory, ear training, composition, and improvisation, to pupils of all levels and ages. I have also directed sectionals for brass and woodwind players in youth wind ensembles. Some of my specific experience includes coordinating youth ensemble programming, teaching group and private lessons, developing and implementing curriculum, teaching general music, using music software and technology to enrich the learning process, instructing a bilingual classroom of Spanish and English speakers. Eventually adding some beginner adult students into my rotation of kids as well! I taught a few college level students throughout my college years whenever I could and took on summer students during my breaks!
