I became a self taught student in brass and piano and later was accepted as a Music major to West Chester University. During HS I became known as a trumpet soloist in Regional and State Bands and in the Salvation Army brass program a cornet soloist. I currently hold a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from the University of Cincinnati and a Master's degree in Trumpet Performance from Western Michigan University. I love the idea of encouraging the next generation of brass players to achieve a high level of success and pushing them to push their own limits.
