Hi! I'm Steven, a multi-instrumentalist teacher and performer located in New York City! I hold a Master's in Music Education from New York University and a Bachelor's in trumpet and tuba performance from NYU as well. I've spent my entire life dedicated to creating, collaborating, and performing music, all while keeping many students. I have been regularly teaching Euphonium, Tuba, and Trombone since 2020. I was primary Euphonium staff at 3 High Schools and 5 middle schools. I've taught ages 10-70, and my students regualrly find success at both solo and ensemble competitions, as well as regional and all state bands. I teach a wide range of materials, from method books and solos, to pop songs and marching tunes. In 2008, I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Music degree in Trombone Performance. Performing all over the world has been one of the greater experiences of my life as a musician, and I've had the opportunity to play both at the Hollywood Bowl in California, as well as touring the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia with groups like the Backstreet Boys and the Brian Setzer Orchestra.
