My approach to teaching can be different based on the age and level of the student. In general I like to keep the pressure off my students and above all find ways to make learning fun and enjoyable. My ideal lesson is one that the student will remember, whether it's a concept we talk about or a song that we learn.  Shows I have recently performed includes Joseph and the Technicolor Dream Coat and Gypsy. Whilst in London, I spent my last two years working with young people of various ages. I worked alongside passionate colleagues to present group musical workshops that may have focused on sound, percussion, composition or with full ensembles. Some of these workshops lasted a day while others lasted a few months. I was also asked by the Royal College of Music Junior Department, who worked with talented musicians aged below 19 or pre-college, to assist in teaching flute students as well as small ensembles.
