I am a graduate of Stetson University's prestigious School of Music and clarinet studio, where I pursued my Bachelor's in Clarinet Performance with a minor in Business Administration. I play a wide range of genres. During my years at Mercer, I regularly performed jazz, R&B, and Gospel music throughout the state of Georgia. In the winter of 2015, I even performed with The Temptations. During my four years there, I also performed several sub-genres of Classical Music from Sonatas and avant garde to even transcriptions of Bach Cello Suites. Over the years, I've learned that every single student learns differently in addition to going at their own pace. Anyone at any age CAN learn music! I've found that presenting multiple solutions to varying problems gives the students the best chance to succeed and it's not that someone cannot learn, they just haven't been presented with an explanation they can understand and clicks for them.
