Personally, I think one of the most important parts of teaching music is to give students a complete grasp of performing music by combining theory into their lesson plan to make a well-rounded musician. I grew up in the Cincinnati area and graduated from Fairfield High School in 2005. I began my college career at the University of Cincinnati as a Mechanical Engineering major. While at UC, I rediscovered my passion for music and felt a calling to share that passion with others in the best way I knew how: teaching.
