I have been teaching piano lessons to beginner students to adult students in my home for 12 years. Most of my students have been children ages six to thirteen; however, I have also taught adult students as well. I am also willing to travel to the student's home with in my area of Rolling Meadows, Schaumburg, Palatine, and Arlington Heights. I then provide several opportunities for the student to practice this new idea or skill in a variety of ways. I am a recent (May 2015) graduate of Butler University with a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal and Instrumental Music Education. Included in these experiences was Chicagoland regular rotation play on XRT's local music showcase and an interview on the Flabby Hoffman Show. While attending UIC I even dabbled in theatre, and though I I had little to no experiece as an actor, I achieved a lead role in three out of the four productions I was cast in. Of these four, two were rock musicals, including the Who's "Tommy." I'm a passionate instructor who thoroughly loves bringing the gift and love of music alive in students. In 2017 I had graduated with my Fine Arts in Music degree at Mchenry County College.
