I believe Faber books do an excellent job at covering all areas of music. I make sure to keep tabs on my students' practicing as I believe in consistency. It's unfortunate when students become frustrated too quickly in the process and decide to quit out of frustration. In Russia, I was a concert pianist as well as a teacher of classic piano theory and performance.  I was a soloist who performed with a full orchestra as well as being a chamber musician, accompanist for singers and for strings. Since I came to the United States, I have concentrated more on teaching.  I have taught piano at many music schools and have also given private lessons, both at students' homes and at my music studio.  My piano students have won multiple awards at music competitions in Russia and the United States.  In 2006, a student of mine won first prize at the West Chester University Music Competition.  Then in 2011, my students won prizes in the International Music Competition, the National League Competition and the Tri-County Competition. I began piano lessons with my mother at the age of 8. At 17 I began studies with Irma Harter at the Edith McIntosh School of Music on Long Island, New York. I earned her Bachelor's degree at Adelphi University, where I studied exclusively with acclaimed concert and recording artist David Bradshaw. I also studied with Laurie Ticehurst-Poole at the Bryn Mawr Conservatory from 1996 to 2005, where I participated in master classes. I have performed in recitals at Carnegie Hall's Weill Concert Hall, and I participated in an international piano festival. Read More

I received a Master’s degree in Music from the Boyer College of Music in Philadelphia, PA in 2015 for Vocal Performance. Before that, I graduated from the National Music Academy of Ukraine named after P.I. Tchaikovsky in Kiev in 2013, where I received a Bachelor in Music, took parts in a lot of operas ("Le nozze di Figaro", "Eugene Onegin", "Faust") and also earned a certificate of teaching.
