I have enjoyed teaching both private and group music classes for over 15 years. I teach piano and violin . I teach a range of music styles from classical to folk to Mariachi Music. I received my degree from Loyola Marymount University. I have been a member of the Junior Philharmonic, Orchestra of California, Loyola Marymount University Orchestra and Beach Cities Symphony. Lowell Liebermann. I was chosen as the primary film composer for the student thesis films and graduated in May of 2018. I was selected to compose a piece for the 7:1 dance collaboration project run by the Rovaco Dance Company. Depending on the level the student is at I will work with them where they are at and what is needed. If a beginning student I will usually start off with working on scales and use visual tools such as books to help aid the process.
