I've recently moved to the Bryan/College Station area to work at Texas AM as part of their Center for Teaching Excellence. I also play piano at Covenant Presbyterian Church! I received my PhD in Fine Arts from Texas Tech in 2018, having studied there with Dr. William Westney, performing recitals, accompanying instrumentalists and vocalists, teaching group classes and private lessons, as well as serving as pianist at multiple churches. I've been playing the piano for 15 years as a church accompanist. I currently perform as a church accompanist at a church in Little Rock for 6 years. During summer 2012, I held a piano teaching internship at Rhythm 88 Music School in Little Rock, Arkansas. I performed at Carnegie Weill Hall with my friend, cellist Kyung-min Kang 2013 summer. The cellist won 3rd place in the American Protege Competition. The winners recital was held during July 2013 at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Read More
