I continued to study classical, pop, and jazz stlyes, and began performing at age 7, and teaching in high school. Since college, I have maintained a private studio, either at home or in pretigious music schools, and have also taught in the school setting. Up to this point I have taught mostly kids between the ages of 9 and 13. A lot of this experience was through the Community Education Program at Arapahoe Community College. I was hired there as a teacher the summer after I graduated from the school. The other students have been private instruction.
