I like to encourage creativity in the studio; I don't push every student to have the same musical experiences. I received a Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from Cleveland State University in 2018 and became a board-certified music therapist in January of 2019. As the student progresses with either instrument, I try to encourage them to continue with scales and to move up in their playing abilities and music reading. I have been proudly teaching general and instrumental music in the Cleveland Public Schools for the last twenty-three years.
