I have been teaching music for nearly 20 years. I am the after school music teacher for the Norwood School District. My primary goal is to make sure students are having fun and enjoying themselves during lessons. I have a laid-back disposition. During the first lesson Ill ask students what they would like to learn about. Then my goal is to facilitate how to reach that goal. Id like to have lessons be relaxed and students can work at their own pace. Read More

I am a supportive teacher who cares about her students, and I enjoy coming up with new ideas and ways in order to get my students to improve on the material to which they are learning. Read More

I use my students' natural strengths to help them understand the aspects of music that come less naturally to them. Lessons are balanced with technical exercises (scales and arpeggios), music theory (reading music, chord types and progressions,) and learning and performing pieces of music. Read More
