I strive to develop a customized learning approach for each of my students, depending on their needs and goals. I implement a combination of the Faber method, Alfred method, and compilations of works by talented piano pedagogs such as Keith Snell, Martha Ashleigh, Ingrid Jacobson Clarfield, Melody Bober, and Julie McIntosh Johnson. For beginning adults and teenagers, I like to use Faber Adult Piano Adventures to teach the fundamentals. I complement these studies with other pieces according to each student's taste and technical needs. For very young children, I like to use Music for Little Mozarts and for older children, I use Faber Piano Adventures.
