After carefully assessing each of my students, and determining whether or not he or she are beginners, intermediate or advanced, I start them in the lesson book that is according to the level they are at. I teach from Alfred's Piano Course, but if my student has a piano book already, it is not a problem to teach from that series. Once my student has progressed and has a strong understanding of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire for their recitals and personal interest. Read More

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing your student progress and diacover a love for music. I am unconventional in my teaching methods as that I don't follow a certain teaching outline. Every student has their own pace, and its important for me to let a student take as long as they need to learn without being rushed. And by acknowledging their accomplishments, they become eager to learn more, and have more fun playing music, as that is the whole point of music right? Read More

Since each student is different, one method does not fit every student, and I have taught Alfred's Premier Performer, Mayron Cole Piano Method, Hal Leonard, and more. Read More
