I use my students' natural strengths to help them understand the aspects of music that come less naturally to them. The method puts emphasis on bringing out the maximum potential that is within each child. I believe the most rewarding thing about being a teacher is seeing a student come into their lessons excited and passionate about their playing. One of the things I find encourages students to practice is to give them mini rewards when they successfully play a piece or etude, such as stickers or stamps.
