I use piano adventures for most students starting off. With my more advanced students I use "The Russian School of Piano." Once the student is at an appropriate level, I then take them out of the books completely. At this time, we work on more difficult pieces in different time periods. Most students start playing Bach's music at first. This is to help the technique. I have been teaching guitar since 2012 to all ages from beginner to professional level. The most notable student to date has won national level competition after eight months of learning the classical guitar and have been accepted with scholarships in top music schools such as Peabody Institute of Music and Rostock University of Music in Germany Based on my previous teaching experience, focusing on classical guitar and its pedagogical method helps the students to build strong techniques, sightreading, and phrasing skills which all can be all applied in other styles of guitar.
