I was a percussion major in college then spent a few years in Austin Texas traveling with country, rock and blues bands. Have played on over 20 records. I have several methods, but mostly I teach to sing based on solfeage and songs, either italian, german, latin, spanish, and french. Solfeage helps the student to understand better sheet music and also helps understand the real emotion of the piece, among other things involved in a piece. For guitar I use Hal Leonard guitar method. I think that it is important to learn music and how to read it with your instrument. Read More
