Like most trumpet teachers, I introduce the Arban's Complete Conservatory Method for Trumpet, an everything-you-need-to-know book that the student will use throughout their trumpet playing career. However, I also incorporate a variety of other method, solo, and duet books throughout lessons with an intent of maintaining variety, both of material and the methods that the material presents. I have been playing/singing since 1980. My main instrument is Trombone but I have played Euphonium, Tuba, Trumpet, and Choir. I have been assisting Marching bands with the low brass section for the last 5 years. I have Taught privately for the last 10 years. I have performed in Community bands, orchestras,Jazz bands, Rock bands, Marching bands and Theater bands. I also take part in a holiday group that plays christmas carols for nursing home residents. He has been awarded three times by the Ohio Arts Council and eleven  times by the Greater Columbus Arts Council for CD recordings of Latin American, classical, original music and for chamber music recitals in Franklin County, OH USA. He has studied with the world renowned Irish flutist Sir James Galway who wrote of Rodolfo: “Your music is charming and beautifully played.”In August 2006 and then again in August 2008 he participated in the Sir James Galway International Flute Masterclass in Interlaken and Weggis, Switzerland performing with the Sir James Galway Flute Choir both  times. I am a musician who specializes in trumpet, flute, piano, clarinet, french horn and vocal, but is primarily known as a trumpet artist who is currently attending Capital University as a music education major.
