I also hold a Master of Music degree from the University of Maryland. When I was in school, I competed in solo and ensemble competitions and also performed in All-State Band and other honor bands. Since 2010 I have been teaching young Marine trombone players, and began to teach private lessons to middle and high school trombone players in 2014. The art of trombone playing is rooted in the fundamentals, and emulating the great examples of the best to play trombone through out history.
