My teaching style is fast paced and dynamic quickly adapting to the needs of the individual student. I ensure that lessons are fun and that music can be a means of relaxation. For my string students, I typically use Hal Leonard's Essential Elements at first, and then I introduce the Suzuki Method for solo repertoire once they have progressed on their instruments. For my vocal students, I find what type of music my student is interested in, and I then recommend a voice book that we will pick repertoire from. I graduated from Wright State University in May of 2014 and received my teaching license in December 2014. I have performed in many different groups including Cincinnati Boychoir, May Festival Youth Chorus, Great Miami Youth Symphony, Wright State University Chamber Orchestra, and the Hamilton Fairfield Chorale.
