I create personal programs for each different student based on their temperament, their interests, and the reasons they want to play guitar. For materials, I always begin with positioning and releaseing tension with simple exercises that resonate with the student's interests. This is why I create a unique curriculum for each student that is designed to meet their wants and needs as musicians. I have been playing the trumpet for over 20 years and enjoy spreading my love of music. I graduated from SUNY Fredonia in 2007 with a degree in Music Education and from Western Michigan University in 2009 with a Master's of Music in Trumpet Performance. After graduation from WMU, I taught in various school districts around New York as a substitute teacher and music teacher. I am a new music teacher currently looking for students. I recently graduated from Buffalo State with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music performance. I enjoy playing music and perfecting my craft.
