I am a knowledgeable musician who enjoys teaching classical guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar and musical theory. I graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Guitar Performance. During my time there I performed in the annual guitar ensemble recitals, honors recitals and my own senior recital. Since graduating I have gone on to teach a diverse group of students of all ages. If the new student is a younger child, I begin them with Hal Leonard's Guitar Method Book One. I have been playing guitar since I was 7 years old and bass guitar since I was about 14. I also play drums and piano, to a lesser degree. My musical education includes college level music theory classes, many years of lessons with instructors (including an accomplished jazz guitarist), work in recording studios, plenty of self-directed instruction, and real-world playing experience.
