Growing up in Las Vegas, I was steeped in my hometown's tradition of artcentric style and bustling entertainment industry. My love of practice and performance was sparked by playing viola in the public school system and city youth orchestra. When I picked up bass guitar as a teenager, I quickly became immersed into the music scene. Gigging with local heavy metal acts inspired me to begin my music education at AIMM, where I studied Music Production and Bass Performance. Read More

I'm a committed and goal-oriented instructor who wants to share the love of music. I still consider myself a student because there are lifetimes of knowledge and experience there is to be had with our beautiful art. In 2012, I graduated from the Martha Ellen Stilwell School Of The Arts for Symphonic Band and Jazz Band where my main instrument was trumpet. I've done session musician work at Wondaland Records, American Sushi and Doppler Studios in Atlanta. Read More

I started teaching guitar in High School in 2009, and have been consistently teaching students in my home studio for the last 8 years. I took private lessons for 7 years from four different guitar instructors, so I know what works and what doesn't. My number one focus as a teacher is keeping my students engaged, and doing my best to ignite their passion for the instrument of guitar. I start with teaching proper technique, form, and posture, as well as the basic chord shapes and strumming patterns, and from there I teach songs that both put these new techniques into practice and adhere to the student's musical interests. I started teaching guitar lessons privately when I was 16 years old and, since I tested out of my first year of Music College in Argentina, I was able to receive my first music degree at age 19. Shortly thereafter, I started teaching elementary school music and symphonic band at a private school until I was offered a scholarship to be an exchange student in the U.S., and then offered two scholarships (Tiger Scholar and LMA) to transfer to LSU (Geaux Tigers!) to finish my studies there. My goal for every student is to experience learning their instruments in an environment that is both encouraging and rewarding. I exhibit patience with the student knowing what it takes to develop new skills and I work hard in helping each student feel at ease in expressing themselves. I have used many different materials over the years, depending on the individual student's needs and desires to play their music. I do stress learning to read music notation so that you can approach with confidence any piece of music that you would like to play. Read More

My teaching began in high school, where friends and friends of friends would hear that I played and ask me to teach them. Back then I did it for free because I had no idea that you could even charge people for that! After teaching on and off for years and years I found that helping people find their passion and get them to the point where they dreamed of is one of the more rewarding things in life. Read More
