I've been playing a variety of instruments since I first taught myself a few tunes on the piano at the age of 8. I settled on clarinet as my primary in 2004 and have picked up saxophone, flute, and guitar since then. I have received formal training on each instrument along with a fair amount of self instruction. As a performer, I have played in various settings ranging from a soloist in front of an orchestra to a guitarist in a blues and rock band! Read More

I have been playing the guitar for nearly 20 years, and have been performing live regularly for the past 10 years both as a solo acoustic act and as a member of various bands. I would love to teach/ help students interested in writing their own songs discover their own artistic voice. I specialize in acoustic finger style guitar, so if you are looking to learn to do some metal shredding I am probably not the teacher for you. Read More
