I am a native Greek professional musician, performer, composer, and arranger. I have received his Bachelors and Masters degree in Music Composition at Georgia State University with Dr. N. J. Demos and I also hold a Diploma in Composition and a Diploma in Byzantine Music (Eastern Orthodox Chant). For beginners I start teaching basic chords and chord patterns to generate interest for the student. Then I use the Hal Leonard Guitar method to teach the fundamentals of reading music, music theory, etc. Then as the student grasps these simple tools I teach songs to reinforce how chord patterns work and finally move to the type of music the student is interested in.
