I have been privileged to teach students that are Billboard Music's Top 10 artists, Grammy Winners and American Music Award Winners, American Idol top 50, known child stars and actors on major TV Shows and sitcoms. My students have a monthly performance opportunity. It is not mandatory. I specialize in teaching aspiring singer songwriters how to hone their craft, improve instrumental/vocal skills, book events/tours, connect with studios, copyright music and associate with affiliate agencies. I Try to get away from mechanism without joy. Everything has to be close to the music. Exercises to be actually doing them with a rhythm and time. Other than doing things musically, practicing in different times and intentions help a lot for the student to be open to play songs in different ways. Technique and theory are necessary tools. To apply concepts musically they need to do it with musical taste. Read More

I was fortunate to receive the gift of music at an early age and my passion is to share this gift with others. I will provide a learning environment that is professional and nurturing with the highest artistic standards. Regardless of your level, experience, or goals my mission is to help all of my students achieve success in music for a lifetime. Read More

I am a classical trained musician. I was brought up in Bloomington Indiana, the home of the no.1 rated music school in the States (by the teacher's association). Ever since I was 10, I was involved with the University music life. I had the fortune to study with Janos Starker - perhaps the greatest cello technician in the world! His playing style is comfortable, clean, natural, and free of tension problems. Read More

As a soloist and a member of various chamber groups and orchestras, she performed in France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, USA and all over Ex-Yugoslavia (Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia). Her credits also include many performances, interviews and recordings for Yugoslavian National Radio and Television Stations and in Los Angeles, CA.   The last 20 years I rediscovered my love for the Opera and have been performing with local companies both original operas and timeless classics. It is very important for me that students not only take away something from each lesson, but also enjoy coming to lessons. I try to always acknowledge students' improvements and be encouraging. I understanding sometimes lessons can be stressful or not so interesting, so I try different ways to teach and guide my students so the process of learning is enjoyable. I want to keep students interested and inspired, I encourage them to play for themselves and their loved ones, and find pieces they like to bring to lessons. Read More

I have an interactive yet focused style of teaching. I can(but don't recommend) to use the Suzuki method. I feel that all aspects related to the instruments weigh much importance in teaching the student. However, with the Suzuki method, the student's primary focus is to learn pieces rapidly and climb the level of difficulty as fast as possible. This prevents him/her to fully understand and analyze the piece and lesson and it can also turn the student away from pursuing the instrument further.  Read More

Select all the days/times the student would be available to start lessons. Selecting "3pm - 7pm" means the student can start as early as 3pm or start as late as 7pm. It is important that you select as many days and the widest window of start times for each day as possible. That will help us make a match with one of our teachers.
