Once the student has demonstrated a sufficient grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce repertoire, always gauging their level so that I can provide them with a challenging and rewarding experience. I have been playing flute for 10+ years, and have taught students of all different ages levels for about 2 years now. I wish to continue on into graduate school for Music Therapy, and for this reason, I also have experience working with both adolescence and adults that have developmental disabilities. Our last recital was focused on the student's performing their own compositions that we wrote together in our lessons.
