I believe that in order to be successful we should start from the beginning. With this being said we will first start out with scales and then work our way up. If the student is struggling with a certain scales or notes we will concentrate on those until he or she masters them and then move forward. Teaching is about patience and understanding. I have both! In 2014, I graduated from Academy of Music Ljubljana (Slovenia) with a Masters degree of Musical Arts in Flute Performance. I had an opportunity to perform as a solist, chamber group member and as a member of Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra around Europe. While studying, I was a flute teahcer employed by the Music School Amarilis. For beginning students, I use the Trevor Wye beginning books and supplement with solos, etudes, songs and exercises that I give them which are appropriate for their level. For more advanced students, I will use etudes and methods/ solos which are appropriate for their level. For adults, I will find their interests and select a course of study with them.
