Any time I teach, I make sure to plan every lesson so that the student(s) can progress as far as possible every time they are learning with me. With school-age students, I use the Orff Schulwerk approach often, incorporating their own ideas into the lesson and having them learn through various senses (imagery, movement, games, etc.). When teaching older students and especially in Voice, I make sure the student is giving feedback back to me on how they feel they are progressing throughout the lesson. Read More
