While in music college, I grew to start to teaching bass guitar as well as drums. My teaching style is focused yet fun. I then like to go into learning rudiments and basic drum grooves. Once they start to get comfortable on a drum set, I'll throw in some basic sight reading. Since my first student I taught in 2004, through the days I taught at a music school, up right on to the present moment, I love passing the music onward as it was passed to me. Entered my first proper studio in 2000 to record a 4-song EP with with The Wax Dolls. Following the older siblings departure to college, the remainder of the band regrouped as PipSqeak. As the sole male in that riot girl project, I enjoyed learning to write and play more restrained and sophisticated parts for the shifted tone and leadership in the band. After PipSqueak recorded the EP Prom Queen; the song Alone at the Rock Show got my first radio play on Tulsas Z104.5, and we even shot a (unreleased) video with then-student Tulsa videographer/journalist Paul Taggert.
