I started teaching in a local studio while I was going to college. I majored in jazz guitar and minored in classical piano. Had some education classes but a classroom was not for me. I enjoy the one on one experiance of private lessons. I started teaching at the Combs College Conservatory when I was a junior in college.I have held numerous teaching positions, mostly guitar and piano. I'm a professional musician, composer and producer born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa. I began my music studies at Philadelphia's Clef Club of Jazz and Performing Arts where I learned about Jazz theory and performance. I then studied guitar at the Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts, and received his Bachelors from Temple University in Media Studies and Production. I have played guitar for over a decade, produced for over 8 years, and recently received a RIAA Gold Certification in March of 2021. Read More

I have been studying and playing music since I was 7. I began on saxophone in my school's concert band and jazz band proceded by my own musical endeavors on electric bass playing rock and jazz music. I spent high school gigging Philadelphia with The Paisley Haze Quintet. In my undergrad studies at University of Vermont, I picked up the upright bass, studying both jazz and classical styles. I became heavily active in the Burlington, VT music scene performing with such groups as: The Object Three, Nuevos Comediantes, Divine Lorraine, Anna Pardenik and the Holy Smoke-Off, Brass Balagan, Duke Aeroplane and the Wrong Numbers, and Grup Anwar.
