I am a graduate of the University of the Arts with a bachelor's degree in jazz instrumental performance. I began teaching in 2020 during the pandemic. My experience during then was mostly through online lessons. During these lessons, I organized group sessions for students and recitals where they were able to showcase their ability. In 2021 I began lessons in person and also expanded to teaching bass as well. My former students currently are members of their youth orchestras as well as musicians in some of the local bands. A part of my method is working with the student to create a practice schedule and plan so they can benefit as much as possible from their practice.
