With new students taking their 1st lesson, I, with the student, set a realistic long term goal for the year. We then make short term goals to as the steps to take to meet this long term goal. After that I am able to plan my lessons with each student more accurately so that the time per lesson is fully utilized. Since then, I have taught students from middle schoolers to retirees, from beginning students learning to match pitch to advanced students taking professional auditions and winning national awards. i always love to see my students reach a goals on the lessons and i don't believe in "i can't do it", if you can dream it, you can see it, and if you can see it you can do it!. i always believe that the everybody can play an instrument if you say that is not for you, that is just a sign that you just need more practice that other people , i already teach a kid to play violin and also a grandma to sing and play guitar at the same time i think everything is posible you jus need practice over and over again until you make it.
