Furthermore, I guide my students to find a balance between authentic, historically informed performance practices and their own fresh, creative interpretations. For example, when working on a Baroque piece, I would introduce the stylistic elements such as ornamentation and articulation as well as strictness and academical preciseness typical of that era.
