I am a professional composer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, engineer, and music teacher currently living in Parker, CO after a number of years living in Boston, MA and Jeju Island in South Korea. For beginning students, I focus on the essentials of theory and intervals and combine with the Voice for Life method. Each lesson is tailored to the student's needs and goals, so no lesson is exactly alike in structure. For intermediate to advanced students, I focus on aural (ear) training, sight singing and rhythm and follow it with prepared pieces in order to be "audition ready". I'm a vocal and instrumental instructor for over fourteen years who is passionate about helping students both express their thoughts and feelings through music and develop their skills in music as a door to open other opportunities in life. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Music from Abilene Christian University and have enjoyed performing in many excellent instrumental and vocal musical groups.
