I graduated with my Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Vocal Performance last year and have an extensive performance history. On my own path of learning how to sing, I had a long and laborious journey of self-discovery. In 2009 ,after graduation from Miami Dade college I formed many cover bands playing classical rock to top 40 hits from weddings to backyard s n festivals .I’ve toured the country back n forth .seeing and playing at most available venues in South Florida area I became acquainted with Miami’s music scene and began working in promotion and festival organizing.Thats when I decided to take it to the next level making 1000$ per concert and understanding what it takes to survive and thrive in music working with distributors vendors promoters and venue owners to coloborate On the current studio rehersal space and recording plus’s lessons for young adults.I play drums guitar keyboards vocals ,and bass guitar. My teaching experience started after college I began teaching with public schools in 2006 and teaching independently in 2009 all ages. I love all genres of music and I motivate and encourage my students to explore music in that way. I love to have fun with teaching and competition so I encourage students who are interested in a performing career to perform live in talents shows , community events, family parties and gatherings so that they are able to have the experience amongst there peers and family. I motivate my students by being interactive. With children who are new to music, I use my personal method, which is characterized by providing knowledge while playing interactive games, which helps the children grasp music-related issues. With the older students, I try to inspire them by playing duets, and placing emphasis on a variety of repertoire. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing my students develop a passion for music, and seeing their confidence grow as they progress. Therefore, it is important that each student learns at his or her own pace. There is no need to over-exhaust them with tasks but I do encourage individual growth and development by setting realistic goals for my students at each lesson.
