Outer specialized program was called, " Soweto" due to our team collaboration in Johannisburg, South Africa. I also worked there for numerous years as a substitute violin instructor for Doctor Younoski. I also worked in an Enrichment program at Bethal Christian Academy, in the afternoons after school, M-F. I am a 19 year-old student of Baptist College of Ministry in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Having grown up the second oldest of five siblings, I understand how to relate to other people and work with them even in difficult situations. I believe the best teaching method is one that focuses on the accomplishments of each student. I have several different rewards systems that I will use to motivate students to practice at home. Part of this system is encouraging my students to set their own realistic goals and walking them through how to reach them. For students who are children, I have a vareity of teaching style opportunities including the Suzuki Method, Essential Elements, Janice Rhoda's Complete Techniques, and other teaching methods. All of my students recieve education in music theory, rhythm, aural skills (voice/ear lessons), performance techniques, sight reading, and of course intrument technique. I have enjoyed a rich orchestral career, which has taken me across the country to perform with professional orchestras such as the Austin Symphony Orchestra, the Wichita Symphony Orchestra, the Battle Creek Symphony, the Amarillo Symphony, and many others. Additionally I have performed in numerous public concerts and events as a soloist and an ensemble musician.
