With beginners and early age students I combine Susuki and traditional method along a series of exercises and songs that help them build the core of violin playing. I make sure that I provide my students the necessary tools to succeed. With my students I have developed a curriculum that covers technique, scales and repertory. For advanced students I work Jaques Dont studies, Kreutzer etudes, Scales and Arpeggios, and we cover Baroque and Classical violin repertory like Vivaldi and Bach concerti. Read More

I've been teaching voice and violin for the past year and a half to children and adults but I mostly tend to work with younger students from early teens well into the 20s who want to pursue music. The background for my teaching experience comes from a few different sources. In 2014-2015, as an operations director and mentor with non-profit Off The Wall Graffiti in LA, I would regularly mentor young people who were getting in trouble for doing graffiti in the streets and needed guidance and a positive way to be creative. A majority of my students have ranged from brand new players to an intermediate level, but I am willing and enthusiastic about teaching players of all levels! Additionally, I have taught a diverse age range; from 4 years olds to adults.
