I have been teaching since High School, but it wasn't until my first year of college that I started teaching music. After 6+ years of teaching in my home studios in both Austin and San Antonio, I enjoy a variety of students learning violin, viola, cello, piano, guitar, and even certain music software. My greatest lesson in teaching is that no two students are alike; one student may be more traditional and focused and have no problem learning to read music, for example, while another student may have little to no attention span, making it impossible to learn consistently. Music has always been a part of my life. I became involved in music, theater and dance at a young age, performing in countless professional productions. In my teens and early adulthood, I began writing and recording music and became involved in a number of recording projects that led me to teaching. For 12 years I performed with the National Tango Orchestra of Buenos Aires (Latin Grammy 2015). Now I’m collaborating and performing with major Tango Maestros in concerts, festivals, tours and recordings as well as in chamber music settings and I'm working on my major pedagogy project called "The Inner Musician"('18 MC Award).
