I graduated from Yerevan State Conservatory with a Master's Degree as concert performer and teacher as well as received a diploma with the highest distinction as a concert performer and teacher for violin .While I studied at Yerevan State Conservatory,I was the first violinist of the Chamber Orchestra of Yerevan State Conservatory as well as the first violinist of Yerevan State Conservatory's Quartet.I then continued my Postgraduate Studies at Yerevan State Conservatory.I also received a Certificate from the International Academy D'Art Musical in Paris,France.In the International Festival "Semaines Musicales de Tours" I received the 1st Prize in 2000 and 2001.I have also received a number of diplomas from International Violin Competition in Italy,Poland,Finland and Switzerland. With young beginner string students, I typically will start with Hal Leonard's Essential Elements. After a few weeks of that, the student will have grasped the fundamentals. and then I will introduce the Suzuki method, supplementing with the O'Connor Method. For piano I generally will start with the Suzuki method and supplement with any songs the student is interested in learning. For Adults I try to find out what style of music the student is interested in, and how much experience they have and structure my lessons accordingly to keep the student engaged and ensure they are having fun!
