Typically when I begin with children I incorporate the Hoffman Method and Books such as the Little Mozarts books, Alfred, Faber and Master Theory. I allow for children to learn fundamentals in a fun way so they can begin to read music and perform if they are interested. As time progressed, I started to teach music with local schools through Georgia State University and private connections as either a section coach or a private instructor.
