Through feedback from the student (and sometimes with the help of parents) we figure out together what the students musical goal is. Everything from Bach to Charlie Parker to Ariana Grande deserves respect and being open minded from a teachers point of view is very important to retain students. Hello. I am a graduate of University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign holding my Bachelors in Music Education and looking for opportunities to teach lessons to students. I specialized on the Euphonium in college and have extensive knowledge of the low brass family, but can teach all brasses.
