As a trumpet player, I am a firm believer in the Arban Complete Comservatory Method, and Clarke Technical Studies. These are the backbone of my fundamentals. Practice is important to learn the piano. I use the Faber series books, because they use a more classical style approach. I will teach whatever style you would like to pursue. It can include music theory, using chords and scales. The Faber series however does not introduce scales, or key signatures right off. My teaching experience began when I was in college. I taught trombone and euphonium private lessons for several years in the school district that I attended when I was a student. Additionally, I also have done All State Masterclasses for the TMEA trombone etudes.
