The methods used in my trumpet studio focus solely on the fundamentals of playing trumpet. For all ages, there is a focus on building breath support, dexterity, and range. For the intermediate and advanced players, there is a focus on transpositions, sight-reading, dexterity, and learning standard trumpet repertoire. All of my lessons are tailored around the student and adhere to the New York State Standards for Music. I have been teaching students of all ages since 2010. I have been teaching both in my home studio and at the students home, I have also taught in Public Schools and in Music stores. My goal as a teacher is to get students excited about music and have them looking forward to our lessons together and inspire them to learn more and practice.
