I began teaching through my high school mentorship program in Texas during the early 2000s. Since then I have obtained my Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Northwestern State University, as well as a Master's degree in Trombone Performance. I did a semester of student teaching with the award winning Argyle High School band program in Argyle, Texas in 2012.
