I was performed in Symphonic Band, Brass Ensemble, and the Philharmonic Orchestra. I was previously a band director and music educator in the Ukraine. When I went to college, this passion for teaching lessons grew as I was fortunate enough to have a small studio through the help of my college professor. I usually start with Hal Leonard's Essential Elements for beginners. Once you progress with the basics, we move on to trumpet repertoire, whether trumpet solos or duets. For older students, we will begin with trumpet repertoire while combining it with songs that you like to listen to. Encouraging regular practice on a consistent schedule is one of the key points I like to emphasize for student, as it tends to help the student progress and gain a passion for the instrument.
