After I first received my Bachelor's Degree from CSU Fullerton, I opted to showcase my original music through distinct outlets. I began teaching trombone and bass after my first years of college at Cal State L.A. and went on to become a clinician and teacher in Los Angeles teaching trombone, bass, and percussion as well as working with musicians and conducting clinics around the U.S. and the world while touring and during my time as a cultural ambassador for the U.S. State Department. My first experience teaching was at the Saturday Conservatory of Music, currently based in San Gabriel, CA. I came on as the trombone teacher, but only acquired one student. This left me available to become a regular substitute and assistant for numerous other classes. I even taught the intermediate theory course for a semester. In Orange County he performs with Dana Point Symphony, Symphony Irvine, OC Millennial Orchestra, OC Orchestra Collective, OC Symphony/Wind Ensemble, Sarang Church Orchestra and many more. Andrew has performed across the US and abroad, for TV, film, radio broadcasts, and recorded for pop artist Michael Bubl. As a soloist he has performed the national anthem at the Rose Bowl, Championship Soccer Stadium, and recently performed the national anthem for a Los Angeles Angels baseball game to a live audience of more than 40,000 (2019).
