I have been teaching lessons since I studied back in Thailand, Singapore, and United States. Currently, I am teaching high school and middle school in Dallas-Fort Worth area. Through teaching, I have enjoyed watching my students succeed and overcome their struggles. The process of experimentation has been a learning one for both my students and myself. Every student is an individual with individual weaknesses in different areas. There is no blanket lesson plan that works for all students. Your child can't always be expected to advance in a teaching system that is the same for everyone. We are as individual as our structural makeup. I currently teach part-time lessons out of my home studio in Copperas Cove, Texas. I focus on bringing out students talents and highlighting areas where they can improve, while bringing out their interest in growing as a musician. Though lessons are a key point in improving upon a students skills, consistent practice schedules at home are also an important step to growth in skill level. I will always recommend pushing students to enter competitions or perform in recitals, if they are available to them, but will never force a student into taking part in something out of reach or something uncomfortable.
